messagespilot provides a shared inbox platform for managing WhatsApp Business conversations. Our service includes conversation management, team collaboration features, analytics, and integrations with WhatsApp Business API.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
- All activity that occurs under their account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized access
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use messagespilot for:
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment must be made in advance. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
messagespilot is provided "as is" without warranties. In no event shall messagespilot be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
